ONLINE AUCTION INFORMATION
Our silent auction will be conducted online using an auctioning tool called ClickBid, providing a convenient and accessible way for you to participate and support our cause.
Here’s what you need to know:
REGISTER FOR ONLINE AUCTION
You must register in ClickBid if you want to:
- Review and bid on open auction items.
- Pay for auction items that you are the highest bidder on.
Once registered, you can access ClickBid and browse through all open auction items, as well as place bids using your cell phone.
If you have problems getting ClickBid to work properly on your cell phone or you have made a bid on an open auction item in error, please contact the ClickBid Administrator.
ONLINE AUCTION TIMELINE
Opening Date: July 21, 2024 at 12:00AM
You will be able to bid on any auction items in ClickBid.
Closing Date: September 14, 2024 at 10:00PM
The online auction will close for all auction items at this time. Please ensure you placed all your final bids before the deadline.
ITEM PICKUP
If you are successful in acquiring auction items, you will be responsible for picking up your items within a designated pickup window.
